I hope you didn’t think I was going by gender … I had thought that only doctors wear white coats, but doing a little research just now, apparently nurses do wear them sometimes, e.g. when doing lab work. But as you point out, he really does look a lot more like a doctor with that coat on.
I don’t suppose anyone here can read Elvish?
I took a stab at solving this. First I assumed the artist could not write Elvish and had to use an online tool. I found a tool that, in “Annatar Italic” mode, produces very similar glyphs. I then experimented with likely words.
The closest I could come was with “fornicatig” [sic]:

There are differences, but it’s very similar. I’m not sure what tool the artist used, or what they typed, to get the script that appears in the comic; but it seems likely that “fornicating” was the intended word, in any case. (And yes, I did check “fornication” — it’s too different.)

Thanks to your link to Apricot Cookies I had to binge it for the past few days…and now its on break .
This was the comic that brought me here, because I’d been reading Apricot cookies for a long while.
It wasn’t until I noticed Alex in the comments halfway through the archive that I realized I could have been reading Frivolesque back in January if I’d actually followed up on it being mentioned in the comment section at Replay.
Also I’ll go on record to say I’m not actually a fan of too-small bikinis like in panel two.
