In response to the hovertext, “security by obsolescence” is a valid tactic, but it usually takes the form of using old less popular technological systems or codes that have fallen out of use many years ago.
Unless you have your own clean-room factory where you etch your own NANDs and controllers, it is far safer to use paper and envelopes. That way at least you know where it is and what it is doing, and can be reasonably certain that it won’t phone home, install a trojan horse, or form a bot net with the water boiler.
Obsolescense is not security, it is at best a delaying tactic. And it can back-fire spectacularly.

CC does indeed have a pretty cool art style, I was also a fan of an artist called Ian Samson who often drew Rule 63 and transformations, but his Tumblr disappeared.

I predict that the reason we didn’t see Chloe say good-bye is because Alex felt something again and there will be a flashback at an appropriate timing.
Also good for Saki that she finally realized that her job can be deadly. XD
I suspect realizing it’s dangerous is why she kept a distance from her sister. But actually seeing your life flash before your eyes can change one’s perspective.
Besides, she’s older than Eleonore was when she stood up against a super-soldier cyborg and survived. Surely Saki’s sister can do just as well.
I think Harriet is Saki’s sister and most likely the only family she has left.
It must be thrilling to suddenly find out that you have a badass older ninja sister halfway across the globe, I bet Harriet will be overjoyed.
