For once, reading the French version first was no help at all.
I’m not aware of any previous connection between Phoebe and Clementine. So P. has entered the home of a stranger, perhaps attracted by the large and conspicuous first aid kit. So what -is- she doing in panel 3? And how did she get patched up previously?
And does Clem ever take those things off?

She broke into a random apartement in order to patch herself up. In panel 3, she is stitching her belly wound up. And she patched her back wound between panel 2 and 3.
And yes. There is exactly one comic where Clem has her headphones off.
Just in case I found pretty clear what Phoebe was doing :)
Also, let’s not forget that in the Frivoverse the chance of characters running into each other is sky high, god knows why :P

Well, there’s worse things to run into. Although Marie-Lune has now been eaten, so, there’s at least one less worse thing.
I personally rate this page as the most fanservice-heavy in the entire comic, thank you very much.
Cause just one half naked character? Strip Otaku has way more fanservice than that :)

Like our humble overlord used to say, partial nudity is the best nudity. Two naked people kissing is nice, but two half-naked unfamiliar people randomly stumbling upon each other in the bathroom leaves so much more to the imagination.
I think those are pajamas, and I don’t really feel it like fanservice, to be honest.
Naked people kissing? You must be talking about “Roomate” I think, because there’s no naked people in “Otaku”. Remember, no all fanservice is erotic fanservice :)
