Was is Crow from Mystery Science Theater 3000? Because that would be an awesome mental images, honestly.
I don’t know that one. I had Vampire the Masquerade – Bloodlines in mind, because if you insult LaCroix at one point he says “Then you can join the crows on the fence”, so they would jeer rather than cheer. And yes, I did not intend for anyone to get that reference, because I would have had to explain way too much for it to be funny.
Btw: That dude is pronounced Le Croy in the game, which must sound super cringy for any French speaking person, right?
Just like with the popular brand of Sparkling Water that makes La Croix rhyme with “enjoy”, I indeed cringe everytime I hear English speaking people massacre the few French words that manage to permeate in their language. But what can I do about it? :(
Yeah, it must be the same for the Japanese when they say Anime or Manga. German Angst gets massacred as well.
‘Literally’ as an intensifier strikes an off note with me here. Actually/really/truly would be better.
I think literally literally means literally here and not figuratively literal. Phoebe has in actual literal fact no idea who Elly is.

Yes, I must say I’m somewhat impressed by Phoebe’s restraint in trying to shoo the kid instead of just killing her. She’s a better person than I would previously have given her credit for.
It’s time for Gaia to go “Big Sister” on Phoebe. ^_^
But yeah, I saw the way Phoebe defeated Eleonore without breaking a sweat from a mile off. :-/

As I expected, Éléonore was easily disarmed. And Saki was almost skewered by her own katana. Just think of how Éléonore would have felt about -that-.
