Because that’s what I was thinking when I saw Eleonore posing all badass. Hopefully she knows what she’s getting into, because I doubt Phoebe is going to assume she’s just a silly kid and go easy on her…

How did she even -find- them? Good distraction, but unless Éléonore is actually a secret ninja, we will need another interruption to save -her- bacon.
Phoebe can see by her stance and her grip that Éléonore has no idea what to do with that katana. “Any weapon you do not know how to use belongs to your enemy.” So Phoebe will easily disarm her. I hope Éléonore has bought enough time for Conroy to appear.
Prediction: Phoebe briefly mistakes Eleanore for a disguised Gaia and either slowly backs off slightly or completely at full expeditious retreat
Last panel is great, man. Amazing pose, great sense of energy, great expression.
I have to wonder what Phoebe is thinking with her “You’re in no shape to fight, girl!” This is a fight to the death. What’s the alternative? Is she expecting Saki to just give up and let her self be killed? Surely that’s not how she was raised, why expect that from others.
