Coincidence
Saki suddenly finds herself in a geeky universe she isn’t used to.

AT LEAST THIS CURRENT VERSION OF HER.

It is hard to hide a green haired secret identity in the age of YouTube and camera phones
Smart phones. The bane of any writer in the 21st century.
I wonder how much info does that video have on the fighters, although I suppose everything will be helpful, if nothing else they can track down the organizers of the venue and politely inquire about her
They have the names and venue at least. The dude who filmed it was there, after all. XD
Then the uniform starts speaking to her!
Sorry, been watching a lot of Kill la Kill…
You know… that’s something I’ve been afraid of. That someone would make a Kill la Kill connection considering how popular the show is.
Schoolgirl Saki fighting with a sword is something I’ve been doing since the 90s… But in 2013, a badass blue haired schoolgirl with a sword screams Kill la Kill. :(
Let’s hope Saki can stand on her own.^^
I wouldn’t say screams. It’s not like badass blue-haired sword-wielding schoolgirls are THAT uncommon in fiction, though I guess Kill la Kill is probably the most popular in recent memory.
Incidentally, what else of your characters, or Saki at least, can be found on the ‘net?
Aside from what little is left on my DeviantArt (http://omegadez.deviantart.com), there isn’t much to find about them since my old website vanished. The old art sucked anyway.
Don’t worry about it. KLK was a very good series, but few anime series stay really popular for years afterwards. Here in 2018, I’m assured the connection has mostly been severed.
Do manga cafes really exist in quebec?
There’s that very one from my comic. It’s called Fanamanga and it’s great. :)
But that’s just the one. It’s not a “thing” yet. ;)
She has a plan I see…
I don’t think she does yet. XD
So that bottom panel is not the lightbulb going off?
It’s her hearing the girls talk about a certain Green Haired Girl.
In a world where green is a natural hair colour, there is no reason to assume it would be unique.
Green is NOT a natural hair color in the Frivoverse. That’s why people notice Gaia.
Everyone mostly has a normal hair color. (Saki’s dark blue hair is really supposed to be black)
… But aren’t there two characters with green hair so far, which is one more than the representation of most other colours?
Because people think its fun.
I heard that first panel
