Plot Twist: Nergal ends up saving the day.
But Nergal is at Flore’s place. And we haven’t seen him in along time. Unless he’s also Laurence.
Everything will be fine, Saki is just a nice civilian girl, Phoebe will see that she’s not a threat and won’t hurt her, and Saki won’t do anything stupid because she’s definitely not a fighter.
…or at least that’s what Gaia might be thinking, I guess? Hold on, Saki, help is on the way!

This one?

The one Clif linked is the only comic with Iapetus before this chapter.
I know this is a terrible thing to say, but because of the once-a-week updates, I actually forgot that Gaia had a roommate…

Time to reread that shit!
For a moment I was wondering why Phoebe might be resentful towards Gaia. But maybe it’s because Gaia promised to protect her, but then later escaped and left her behind.
