293 – Rejection
Catherine’s lack of self-esteem makes her miss out on a lot of things, I’m sure.
And is it just me, or is Marie-Neige genuinely disappointed by this?

If only there was a way to tell Catherine she’s wrong…
Marie might not be driven enough for that…
Noooooooo
I thought this ship was going places.
I guess that gives Clementine some chance again, though..
Did M-N change glasses?
Also woo hoo for fan-service,
She got new frame when she was shopping for a new outfit. Since then she was using both her old and new ones.
I thought there was something different about them, I completely forgot she got new frames.
Wow, that wasn’t even one year ago. XD
And yes, she has two pairs now. She didn’t buy those to replace the big round ones, but just wanted to have a more “serious” pair.
She probably likes to wear those around Megane since they gave her that big sister vibe she seems to like.
I haven’t done a webcomic binge for quite a while now, I am bound to forget certain details.
Don’t worry about it! =D
so there is a little hope for M-N x Clem supporters.
Only little…
…And Screwball has frozen up. For a solid Cybertronian, he’s pretty easy to shut down, just show him a pic of a pretty girl revealing something an 1800s woman would be scorned for. Me, while I won’t deny enjoying the appearance of a attractive lady, I do respect the fact they are an actual person. Or comic character in this case. I believe the term is “Perverted Gentleman”…
I think that Catherine is trying to shield herself from a brushoff that she thinks is inevitable. If Marie, you are still interested in her, let her know it.
Sadly though, this does remind one of the whole Marie/Clem relationship, though of course it never even worked THAT well. (I do remember the one encounter between Marie and Clementine, and how Clem ran for the exit before it played itself out)(or…at least after she freed herself from those ropes)
Ouch.
I identify so much with Catherine here… sadly.
Hmmmm. Hmmmm…
Yes, this will work nicely. Now we just need Catherine and Clem to meet and bond over Marie-Neige.
