Does Laurence’s true form have tentacles by any chance?
I’d bet against it… but not heavily.

I guess that might be true.
It just so happend that if you rearrange the letter’s in the question “What the F is Laurence’s damn big secret all about?”, you get the answer “She is Nergal but with a cuter face and boat smell”.
Which confirms that she’s Nergal, but, at least for me, simultaneously raises the question of what a boat smells like. I did always have the feeling there was something fishy going on, though, so maybe it’s that smell.

I know part of it is because I’m a cat (and we’re notorious for our curiosity, nyao), but now I HAVE to know what Laurence’s true nature is!

I really get the feeling here Laurence is an imaginary friend that crossed over to reality, somehow. Especially that “I feel like you don’t even need me anymore”, that’s what an imaginary friend might say if you found real friends.
