Seems like Gaia doesn’t mind being followed by a mysterious teenager. At least, we know her name now!
The steps of the Musée national des beaux-arts du Québec on the Plains of Abraham depicted here definitely aren’t the “Rocky Steps” in Philadelphia, but the thought is there.
Hey, Frank, seems like your guest comic is canon, now. :)

“I will name her George, and I will hug her and pet her and squeeze her”.
…wha?
It’s a reference to the Looney Toon cartoon: Bigfoot likes to hug Bugs Bunny and say this!
Your Looney Toon reference made me think of this Tiny Toon reference: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pxvzEfI0BFU
From the Bugs Bunny Cartoon, “the Abominable Snow Rabbit” https://youtu.be/2JlVqfC8-UI
A riff on a riff of John Steinbeck’s story, “Of Mice and Men”.
Oh come on, being a sidekick is great. You have adventures, and career perspectives, and all the hugs you can eat.
As long as you are not Jason Todd.
Things didn’t end to well for that one.
I’ll be Gaia’s sidekick….
You’re probably too old.
Lies! I am timeless!
There ‘s supposedly around 30 stairways connecting the Upper Town to the Lower Town and you use a museum entrance way….
L’Escalier Casse-Cou
Because any stairway that directly translates into English as “Broken Neck Stairway” has loads of comical potential that the jokes just write themselves…l
Oh, they’re not gonna use those stairs to train. Like you said, there are much better alternatives all over town. Like l’Escalier du Cap Blanc, the most treacherous thing on earth. Nah, they’re going to run on the Anneau des Plaines. I guess the museum stairs was their meeting point.
The Plains of Abraham does seem to be a very unworthy place to be training to the tune of “Gonna Fly Now”, just saying….
She’s more like the Jimmy Olsen to Gaia’s Superman!
So she will be subject to super-dickery?
You know what they say about sidekicks: vocal rejection of the role of ‘sidekick’ is almost always proof that you’re a sidekick. Kind of like the term ‘hipster’.
The thing with hipsters is: If you want to be a hipster, you aren’t one.
I hope Chloe’s stamina is a bit better than when she was training with Gaia in the ring.
Though I guess one advantage of training with Gaia is that if you collapse from exhaustion, she can carry you back home. And she probably wouldn’t even complain about it.
