On the Japanese internets, October 1st is Glasses Day (眼鏡の日, Megane no Hi), because October 1st is 10-01 and that looks like a pair of glasses. Get it?

i want an app for my phone that allows you to take video as if the camera had 20/xx vision. where you could change the xx to whatever you wanted. like, if someone asked me what it was like to have 20/525 vision, i could set the phone, and then let them walk around looking at stuff through it. they’d be all like, ” oh! so this is what it’s like to be half blind!”. and i’d be like, “yeah, now quit gawkin and help me find the glasses i can’t see well enough to find without my glasses….”
